We began with yoga on the North Garden Lawn,
followed by an introductory workshop with Nora and
dinner at Lincoln, a JW Steakhouse. Collaborating with
the hotel's culinary team, a thoughtfully curated set of
flavorful menus was designed to complement the day’s
focus on fitness. Each meal was served in uniquely
crafted settings where Nora explained the value
behind each chosen ingredient, adding simple ways to
incorporate them into our lifestyles.

alternating between strength and high-intensity interval
training. We targeted increasing awareness of how
our bodies and minds respond to different activity
combinations, modifying difficulty to meet individual
goals. The hike we took up Camelback Mountain was
a local and authentic pairing for the two signature
90-minute spa services included in the program and the
outdoor activities combined with the morning exercise
allowed me to notice a significant natural energy boost.
