To say this is the information
age is to understate the case dramatically. we live in a world aglow with
personal devices—from smartphones to tablets to laptops to name but
a few of the machines that have become fixtures in our everyday e-lives.
and rich e-lives they are, replete with daily visits to social media sites and
not one, not two, but three email addresses, on average, for each of us.
at times, it can all seem a bit much. But we are not about to suggest
that you kill your virtual self. that would be a bit like asking a young
Steve jobs to become a Luddite. So, instead, we offer up an alternative
